Leuco Sulphur Orange 1 Usage And Synthesis
Preparation
1 part of??4-Methylbenzene-1,3-diamine?and??2 to 4 parts of??sulfur in 190 ~ 250 ℃ calcination 15 to 24 hours, and its coarse product with Sodium hydroxide or Sodium sulfide solution treatment (BIOS 1155, – 28). Product hue by sulfurized temperature and reaction time and decide, high temperature and long time the orange dye with red light, and low temperature short time will bring yellow.
Properties and Applications
yellow orange to red orange. Soluble in water, in the sodium sulfide solution good solubility.
