Bamboo leaf extract is a newly developed plant flavonoid preparation in China, which is a brownish-yellow powder with a total flavonoid glycoside content of 24%, with a typical bamboo leaf fragrance, slightly bitter and slightly sweet. It is easily soluble in hot water or alcohol-water system, and its solution is weakly acidic with sweet flavor and good heat stability, especially suitable for food system.
