Uses
3-Aminocyclobutanone is used to prepare aminocyclopentenyl- and aminocyclobutylphosphinic acids as γ-aminobutyric acid ρ1 receptor antagonists. It is also used to prepare pyrrolopyrazine derivs. as selective spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitors.
