5-cis Carbaprostacyclin is a stable analog of PGI2 based on Carbaprostacyclin (HY-112322). Carbacyclin is a PGI2 receptor agonist and vasodilator that activates PPARδ. 5-cis Carbaprostacyclin induces relaxation of pulmonary vascular tone[1][2].
