Distillates (petroleum), acid-treated light Usage And Synthesis
Definition
Distillates (petroleum), acid-treated light is a complex combination of hydrocarbons obtained as a raffinate from a sulfuric acid treating process. It consists of hydrocarbons having carbon numbers predominantly in the range of C9 through C16 and boiling in the range of approximately 150.degree.C to 290.degree.C (302.degree.F to 554.degree.F).
Toxics Screening Level
The initial threshold screening level (ITSL) for petroleum distillates, acid treated is 200 μg/m3 based on an annual averaging time.
