BASIC ORANGE 21 Usage And Synthesis
Chemical Properties
Slightly soluble in cold water, dissolved in hot water, are yellowish orange, dissolved in ethanol is also yellowish orange. The color and light change greatly when it meets copper and iron ions when dyeing. The color and light remain unchanged when dyed at high temperature of 120℃.

Preparation
2-(1,3,3-Trimethylindolin-2-yl)acetaldehyde and 2-Methyl-2H-indazole??in 90 ℃ in the condensation, and then dumped into the water, and translated into chloride.
Properties and Applications
bright yellow orange. Soluble in water and ethanol are yellow, slightly soluble in cold water, soluble in hot water. Dye acrylic fiber as a bright yellow orange, tungsten filament in light slant red light. In 120 ℃ dyeing color when unchanged. In the dying encounter copper, iron ion colored light changes greatly. This product used for acrylic, two vinegar fiber, modified polyester dyeing and printing.
