15(S)-HPEPE Usage And Synthesis
Uses
15(S)-HpEPE is a product of lipoxygenase hydrolysis of unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and is a potential inhibitor of prostaglandin H synthase 2 (PGHS-2). 15(S)-HpEPE can downregulate the expression of PGHS-2[1].
