Example 2: Add 200 mL of deionized water, 41.4 g of pulverized 2,5-dichloro-4-nitroaniline, 6 g of sodium hydroxide, 0.3 g of 1,4-naphthoquinone, and 25 g of 80% hydrazine hydrate solution to the reaction vessel. The reaction system was kept in an aqueous phase environment. The reaction mixture was stirred continuously for 9 hours at a temperature range of 85°C to 95°C to ensure complete reaction. Upon completion of the reaction, the product was separated by filtration, followed by washing the filter cake with deionized water and drying under appropriate conditions to yield 34.0 g of 2,5-dichloro-1,4-benzenediamine. The purity of the product was determined to be 96% by gas chromatography (G.C.) and the chemical purity analysis resulted in 99.6%.
