Description

BCECF is a fluorescent cytoplasmic pH-sensitive indicator. pH is measured by the ratio of emission intensity.

Uses

2′,7′-Bis(2-carboxyethyl)-5(6)-carboxyfluorescein has been used in a fluorescence-based screening assay, to determine the pH.

Uses

2`,7`-Bis(2-carboxyethyl)-5(6)-carboxyfluorescein is useful for pH measurements in intercellular spaces of epithelial cell monolayers, interstitial spaces of normal and neoplastic tissue and isolated cell fractions. Reliable measure of in vitro cellular cytotoxicity.
