Synthesis
Preparation of potassium stannate solution: mounting the pretreated ion exchange membrane into an isolated electrolytic tank, injecting potassium hydroxide solution into both a cathode area and an anode area, wherein the anode is set to be 10mm in thicknessA 40mm metal tin plate, a cathode is a stainless steel plate with the thickness of 5mm, and the current density is 1-3A/dm at the temperature of 50-80 DEG C2. The diaphragm electrode is carried out under the condition, when the concentration of tin ions in the anode area is 5-10%, the electrolysis is stopped, the solution in the anode area is taken out, and the potassium stannate solution is obtained after filtration.
