Biological Activity

ETV7 belongs to the ETS family of transcription factors th at are important in development, differentiation and oncogenesis. It is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic tissues and promotes lymphomagenesis along with Myc. ETV7 was reported to regulate red blood cell development in zebrafish via the cholesterol synthesis pathway.
