Application
Tetrapropylammonium perchlorate can be used as an electrolyte to prepare a supercapacitor. A supercapacitor is a new type of energy device that falls between a rechargeable battery and a capacitor, combining the dual functions of a capacitor and a battery. Its power density is much higher than that of ordinary batteries, and its energy density is much higher than that of traditional physical capacitors.
