Uses

Tipifarnib S enantiomer is the S-enantiomer of Tipifarnib. Tipifarnib is a potent and specific farnesyltransferase (FTase) inhibitor with IC50 of 0.6 nM. Tipifarnib S enantiomer is the less active isomer.
