Description

Acid-PEG4-SS-PEG4-acid is a homobifunctional cleavable linker with carboxylic acid groups at both sides. The terminal carboxylic acids can be reacted with primary amines in the presences of activators such as EDC and HATU to form stable amide bonds. The disulfide bonds can be cleaved by using Dithiothreitol (DTT) reagent.

Uses

Acid-PEG4-S-S-PEG4-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
