Description
Temazepam-d5 (Item No. 15859) is an analytical reference material intended for use as an internal standard for the quantification of temazepam . Temazepam is categorized as a benzodiazepine. Temazepam has sedative-hypnotic properties and misuse via intra-arterial injection has been associated with tissue damage and subsequent amputation. Temazepam-d5 is regulated as a Schedule IV compound in the United States. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
Uses
Temazepam (Phenyl D5) is labelled Temazepam (T017200) which is an intermediate-acting 3-hydroxy hypnotic of the benzodiazepine class of psychoactive drugs. Temazepam has anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), anticonvulsant, and skeletal muscle relaxant properties.
