2,4-Dichlororesorcinol (2 Moore) and Phthalic anhydride (1 Moore) condensation, with Sodium hydroxide extraction segregating out 2 ‘, 4 ‘, 5 ‘, 7 ‘- tetrachlorofluorescein?(melting point of 296 ~ 305 ℃), then use Hydrochloric acid acidification.
