Z-Phe-Tyr(tBu)-diazomethylketone is a potent cathepsin L inhibitor. Z-Phe-Tyr(tBu)-diazomethylketone mediates reovirus disassembly. Z-Phe-Tyr(tBu)-diazomethylketone decreases viral detection[1][2].
