Uses
S-Gboxin is the active analogue of Gboxin; potent antitumor activity.
in vivo
S-Gboxin retains excellent metabolic stability, enhanced plasma stability, and PK-properties suitable for in vivo studies. S-Gboxin (10 mg/kg/day; intraperitoneally) inhibits glioblastoma (GBM) growth in vivo[1].
