PERFLUOROHEXANOYL FLUORIDE 98 Usage And Synthesis
Application
Undecyl fluorohexanoyl fluoride is a chemical raw material that can be used to prepare polyvinylidene fluoride separation membranes, hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes, polyvinylidene fluoride materials, etc.
Application
A method for preparing a hydrophilic hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the membrane raw material, is as follows: 1) Add 1-2 parts by weight of sodium hexametaphosphate, 1.2 parts by weight of hydrogen peroxide, and 2.6 parts by weight of inorganic alkali solution to a reaction vessel, mix evenly, then add 1.3 parts by weight of potassium dithiooctaoxyate, 8.9 parts by weight of Freon solvent, and 1.3 parts by weight of undecanoic acid fluoride solution, and stir and react at -7℃ for 35 minutes; 2) Add 1.4 parts by weight of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, 4.5 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol solution, 80 parts by weight of PVDF monomer, and 3.1 parts by weight of heptafluorocyclopentane, and stir and react at 20℃. Terminate the reaction when the pressure drops below 0.27 MPa; 3) Filter, wash, and dry to obtain powdered PVDF.
