IMINODIACETIC ACID DISODIUM SALT Usage And Synthesis
Application
Disodium iminodiacetate is an important raw material for the synthesis of iminodiacetic acid, which is an important chemical intermediate mainly used in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical industry. As an important intermediate for the synthesis of glyphosate, it accounts for a considerable proportion of applications in the pesticide industry.
Synthesis
Prepare 30.5% liquid alkali and 38.8% iminodiacetonitrile slurry, feed liquid alkali and iminodiacetonitrile slurry continuously into the reactor at the volume ratio of 0.93:1, and then react for 50-60min under the condition of 45-60??C. The reacted material will be deaminated and concentrated by the first evaporator, the temperature of the first evaporator will be controlled at 120-140??C, and the pressure of the first separator will be 0.1-0.25MPa. 0.1-0.25MPa. The material after deaminated and concentrated by the first evaporator is transferred to the second evaporator to deaminate and concentrate again, the temperature of the second evaporator is controlled at 85-105??, the pressure of the second separator is 0.2-0MPa, and the deaminated and concentrated material is obtained as 40.0-44.0% of disodium iminodiacetic acid salt.
