SIM-6080 is a calcium channel antagonist for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and myocardia ischemia. _x000D_ SIM-6080 inhibited the proliferation of rat aortic myocytes.
Uses
SIM-6080 is a calcium antagonist and inhibits the proliferation of rat aortic myocytes and reduces aortic atherosclerosis in rabbits[1][2].
