Description

Tetrazine-NHS Ester is a NHS activated tetrazine linker. NHS ester is very reactive with amine containing molecule. Methyltetrazine enable fast click reaction with TCO (trans-cycloctene).

Uses

Tetrazine-Ph-NHS ester is an alkyl/ether-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Tetrazine-Ph-NHS ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a Tetrazine group that can undergo an inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction (iEDDA) with molecules containing TCO groups.
