Description

PC Alkyne-PEG4-NHS carbonate ester is a photocleavable linker with an alkyne and NHS carbonate ester end group. The NHS ester can react with primary amines. The alkyne can participate in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with azide moieties.

Uses

PC Alkyne-PEG4-NHS ester is a cleavable 4 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. PC Alkyne-PEG4-NHS ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
