Amines, cyclic, piperazine deriv.-rich, high-boiling is a complex combination obtained by the distillation of the products from the cracking, dealkylation, deamination, dehydrogenation, and disproportionation of (aminoethyl)piperazine and (hydroxyethyl)piperazine. It contains cyclic amines boiling in a range of approximately 191.degree.C to 218.degree.C (375.degree.F to 425.degree.F).
