Usage

A broad spectrum microbiocide for controlling the growth of bacteria and fungi in pulp and paper manufacture and related systems. It is employed for slime control and for the protection of coating formulations, starch slurries, glue and other paper making chemicals.It is compatible with most pulp mill stocks & paper machine furnishes & for slime control it is not retained by the paper.

Exposure Effects

For many dithiocarbamates, there is a severe interaction between the compound and alcohol, which can result in nausea and vomiting. Chronic exposure to some dithiocarbamates can cause thyroid problems.
