Sacubitril Sodium enhances the tone of the natriuretic peptide (NP) system and exerts significant antihypertensive effects. Sacubitril Sodium is a component of the heart failure drug LCZ696. Sacubitril Sodium is used in heart failure, hypertension and COVID-19 studies.

Uses

Sacubitril Sodium Salt is a salt of Sacubitril, an antihypertensive drug used in combination with valsartan. The combination drug, valsartan/sacubitril, known during trials as LCZ696 and marketed under the brand name, Entresto, is a treatment for heart failure.
