Uses

Landogrozumab (LY2495655) is an humanized anti-myostatin monoclonal antibody. Landogrozumab effectively improves muscle volume, hand grip strength and function. Landogrozumab can be used for the research of muscle wasting disease[1].

in vivo

Landogrozumab (3 and 15 mg/kg; i.v. once) affects muscle mass of aged mice with duchenne muscular dystrophy^[1].

Animal Model:	Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) C57BL/10-mdx mouse model^[1]
Dosage:	3 and 50 mg/kg
Administration:	Intravenous injection; 3 and 50 mg/kg once
Result:	Increasesd muscle mass of aged mice at a dose of 50 mg/kg while 3 mg/kg showed no significant effects.
