dichotomitin Chemical Properties,Usage,Production

Description

Dichotomitin can reduce the total number of leukocytes and lymphocytes in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of coughing guinea pigs after infection.It can reduce the content of IL-4 in BALF of model animals and increase the expression level of IFN-γregulates the Th1/Th2 balance in guinea pig BALF to exert its anti-inflammatory and antitussive pharmacological effects.

Chemical Properties

White crystalline powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents.

Uses

Dichotomitin can be used for content determination, identification, pharmacological experiments, activity screening, etc. It can also be used for other pharmacological effects: promoting blood circulation and reducing swelling; relieving pain and relieving cough.
