Preparation

2,5-Dimethyl-4-chlorophenylmercaptoacetic acid with Chlorosulfonic acid cyclization, oxidation. This intermediate is chlorinated using the sulfonyl chloride route xylene (BIOS) derived.

Properties and Applications
