(E/Z)-N-Desethylsunitinib hydrochloride ((E/Z)-SU-12662 hydrochloride) is a compound with potential anti-tumor activity that inhibits VEGF-R2 and PDGF-Rβ tyrosine kinases. (E/Z)-N-Desethylsunitinib hydrochloride is the main active metabolite of sunitinib and has the ability to competitively inhibit ATP[1].
