Synthesis
Nitrogen was replaced 3 times in a 500L reactor, 25.25kg of magnesium balls (0.8cm) were added, 100L of 2-methyltetrahydro was added and the initiator (2-bromopropane Grignard reagent) was 2kg. furan and initiator (2-bromopropane Grignard reagent) 2kg, heated to 60-65 degrees reflux, slowly at 50-60 degrees dropwise addition of 123kg of 2- bromopropane and 120L of 2-methyltetrahydrofuran mixture, to make a clear and transparent light brown to light gray liquid, dropwise addition is completed . reflux for 2 hours, acid-base titration concentration of 3.02 mol, reduce the temperature to about 10 degrees Celsius, stationary settlement for 24 hours, a small amount of black suspension and precipitate deposited at the bottom of the reactor, and no other solid precipitation, the supernatant pressure into the cylinder.
