Application

1. Edible Value: Rose extract contains small amounts of volatile oil, quercetin, organic acids, carotene, red pigments, amino acids, various vitamins and trace elements, as well as aromatic substances such as citronellol and linalool. It can be used as an ingredient in pastries, candied fruits, and other foods, providing unique effects such as enhancing aroma and color, reducing greasiness, and increasing freshness. Roses can be made into rose jam, rose beverages, rose wine, rose tea, and rose soy sauce made from rose petal residue. 2. Medicinal Value: Rose extract contains carotene, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and aromatic substances. It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, as well as regulating qi, promoting blood circulation, and regulating menstruation.
