Uses
Frunevetmab (NV-02) is a felinized anti-nerve growth factor (NGF) monoclonal antibody with a Kd of 20 pM. Frunevetmab can effectively decrease osteoarthritis (OA) pain in cats[1][2].
in vivo
Frunevetmab (1.0-2.8 mg/kg; s.c; on days 0, 28, and 56) shows positive treatment effects in cats with naturally-occurring OA pain and associated mobility impairment and disability[1].
