Description

This reagent enables simple and efficient incorporation of a tetrazine moiety onto TCO-attached antibodies, peptide or other biomolecule under mild condition. The alkynes is reactive with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry. PEG5 space increase the compound's aqueous solubility.

Uses

Methyltetrazine-amido-PEG5-alkyne is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
