Uses
FIIN-1 is a fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) Irreversible Inhibitor 1.The fibroblast growth factor receptor tyrosine kinases are promising therapeutic targets in a number of cancers and FIIN-1 is a useful probe of FGFR-dependent cellular phenomena and may assist in the development of therapeutically relevant irreversible inhibitors, particularly for wild-type and drug-resistant forms of FGFR kinases.
