Description

MoTP (57055-82-0) specifically ablates zebrafish larval melanocytes. Melanocytotoxicity is dependent on tyrosinase activity.1,2 MoTP is a useful tool for elucidating melanocyte stem cell regeneration, recruitment and maintenance.3-5

Uses

MoTP is a specific platelet activating factor receptor antagonist and can induce melanocyte ablation. MoTP can be used for the research of cancer.
