Uses

Tilogotamab is an agonistic hexamer formation-enhanced mixture of two antibodies that target two separate epitopes on death receptor type 5 (DR5). Tilogotamab specifically binds to and activates DR5. Tilogotamab can be used for the research of multiple myeloma (MM)[1].

in vivo

Tilogotamab (20 μg/mL; 24 h) induces potent cytotoxicity of primary MM cells^[1].
Tilogotamab is a mixture of 2 noncompeting DR5-specific immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) antibodies, each with an E430G mutation in the Fc domain. This mutation enhances Fc-Fc interactions, resulting in antibody hexamerization, followed by FcγR-independent clustering of DR5 molecules^[1].
