  1. 1, polyene macrocyclic antibiotic;
  2. 2, chain polyene;
  3. 3, nucleoside;
  4. 4, other non-olefin.

There also includes some antifungal compounds synthesized in chemical, their chemical structure is completely different from antifungal compounds that commonly used in clinical.
