Uses

A 68930 Hydrochloride is a potent and selective agonist at the D1-like dopamine receptor. It demontrated neuroprotective and anti-stress effects in rat model (1,2).

Biological Activity

Potent and selective D 1 -like dopamine receptor agonist (EC 50 values are 2.1 and 3910 nM for D 1 -like and D 2 -like receptors respectively). Centrally active following systemic administration in vivo .
