H-LYS-D-PRO-THR-OH Usage And Synthesis
Uses
Lys-D-Pro-Thr, an IL-1beta analogue, is a potent IL-1 inhibitor. Lys-D-Pro-Thr inhibits the protective effects of IL-1 beta[1][2].
in vivo
Lys-D-Pro-Thr (10 mg/kg; IP; for 4 days) inhibits the protective effect of fMLP (HY-P0224) and that of MMK-1 (HY-P1117) against Etoposide (HY-13629)-induced alopecia[1].
| Animal Model: | 11-d-old rats[1] |
| Dosage: | 10 mg/kg |
| Administration: | IP; for 4 days |
| Result: | Inhibited the protective effect of fMLP and that of MMK-1 against Etoposide-induced alopecia. It alone did not induce alopecia. |
IC 50
IL-1
