Uses
Lomtegovimab (BI 767551) is a human anti-SARS-COV-2 spike glycoprotein monoclonal antibody. Lomtegovimab binds and neutralizes SARS-CoV-2. Lomtegovimab shows antiviral efficacy. Lomtegovimab has the potential for the research of COVID-19[1][2].
in vivo
Lomtegovimab (40 mg/kg; i.p. or i.n.; once; three days before infection) protects hACE2-transduced mice from infection with SARS-CoV-2[2].
