Biological Activity

Phosphatidylcholine (PC) functions as a surfactant within the mucus to form a hydrophobic surface to inhibit bacterial penetrance. It is used to tre at f at embolism. Phosphatidylcholine lowers the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides.
