Acapatamab (AMG-160) is an anti-CD3E/FOLH1 monoclonal antibody[1].
in vivo
Acapatamab (0.02-2 mg/kg; i.v.; days 16, 23, and 31) has antitumor activity and inhibits tumor growth in NOD/SCID mice with 22Rv-1 CRPC xenografts[1].
