Aroma threshold values
Powerful green, hcrbaceous-vegetable, oily odor, reminiscent of many natural products. Used sparingly in floral perfumes to introduce a natural-green topnote, and in general as a topnote in mossy or citrusy perfumes.
Taste threshold values
Taste characteristics at 1 ppm: dry, green, rindy with a fruity finish, slightly buttery and mushroom-like with metallic nuances.
