DNP-PEG4-acid Usage And Synthesis

Description

DNP-PEG4-acid is a PEG linker containing a DNP and carboxylic acid moiety. DNP is involved in biological applications such as participating in ion transport across membranes. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amines in the presence of EDC and HATU to form stable amide bonds. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous media.

Uses

DNP-PEG4-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
