Description
BDP R6G carboxylic acid is a BDP R6G linker with a carboxylic acid. The BDP R6G dye is popular for the microscopy and fluorescence polarization assays. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond.
