U0124 Usage And Synthesis

Uses

U0124 is a novel inhibitor of mitogen-activated protein kinase.

Biological Activity

Inactive analog of U0126 (1,4-Diamino-2,3-dicyano-1,4-bis[2-aminophenylthio]butadiene ). Used as a negative control. Does not inhibit MEK at concentrations up to 100 μ M.
