Uses
Odetiglucan is a novel β-glucan that is a potent immunostimulant and a Dectin-1 (CLEC7A) agonist. Odetiglucan activates innate immune effector cells and triggers a coordinated anti-cancer immune response[1][2].
in vivo
Odetiglucan (1.2 mg, i.v., once a week, 3 weeks) inhibits the proliferation of cancer cells and triggers an effective T cell-mediated response against liver metastases in a mouse model of pancreatic cancer[1].
