Biological Activity

CH625 is a potent and selective competitive inhibitor of CYP4X1 th at decreases tumor burden, increases survival in glioma intracranial and subcutaneous model in rats. CH625 normalizes tumor vasculature in the C6 and GL261 gliomas through tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) reprograming and inhibition of VEGF and TGF-β production.
