Uses

2`,7`-Bis(2-carboxyethyl)-5(6)-carboxyfluorescein is useful for pH measurements in intercellular spaces of epithelial cell monolayers, interstitial spaces of normal and neoplastic tissue and isolated cell fractions. Reliable measure of in vitro cellular cytotoxicity.
